Sorry I haven’t posted an update in a while. What can I say? Life … Despite having kidney disease, life has to go on and so it has. Work has been busier than usual, which I suppose is a good thing, however, that isn’t the main reason I’ve been so busy.

I decided to, as they say, make lemonade since life has given me lemons. Having kidney failure sucks, but I figured why not make something positive out of this whole experience? So with that said, www.findmeadonor.com was born. By trade, I am a website designer/developer, so it came natural to me to launch this website. I wanted to be able to help others going through the same experience, searching for an organ donor. The best option for anyone in need of an organ is to find a live donor and if having a website can help that person find their organ donor, then great!

I’ll admit, it will be a huge undertaking on my part, but it will also be a huge distraction for me, once it takes off. I truly hope that something as simple as building a website for someone will help them out tremendously. Oh, and did I mention it is all for FREE?
